Acipenser Domum brand has been working daily and non-stop on selective black caviar production since 2019.
How it was? And what do we put in selection concept?
A limited black caviar range with different salting recipe called "Azov" was also introduced in 2019.
We used "wet salting" technique in production of this line. 
Over a long period of time, we carefully select only those sturgeon varieties that most accurately meet high standards and our main goal — production of exceptionally high-quality, special and unique product.

We used the following sturgeon varieties: 

• Acipenser gueldenstaedtii, 
• Acipenser transmontanus
• Acipenser baerii
• Acipenser ruthenus (ALBINO)

(upon prior order you can purchase albino "golden caviar", which is considered the rarest, expensive and unique product among the entire range of sturgeon caviar).

Fish from different parts of the world are selected for cultivation and quality control at every stage of their development.

A significant advantage and highlight of Acipenser Domum production is the location of our aquaculture environment.

The farms are situated in Europe, in the vicinity of rivers and forests, where the fish grow in stable climate being the key to its proper development.

Owing to flowing water and conditions as close as possible to natural ones, black caviar has impeccable taste and nutritional properties.

It is critical for us to deliver caviar on time and in the best condition.
Acipenser Domum caviar is always fresh, delivered in compliance with all temperature requirements and in the shortest possible period.
We always provide detailed information about conditions of product home storage at delivery, namely:

store black caviar in that refrigerator section, where you can independently control temperature regime (-4-0°C), which is a guarantee of preserving its freshness and aesthetic appearance.

If it is impossible to independently control the temperature regime in a separate department, we recommend placing the caviar in the coolest part of the refrigerator, usually as close to freezer as possible.

After the can is opened, we recommend storing it for no longer than 72 hours, and the caviar itself should be taken only with a dry and clean spoon.

Caviar is delivered in Ukraine and to the USA daily, except for holidays.
To Europe - from Monday to Thursday.
Black caviar transportation in Ukraine is free and it is calculated individually for each order, if the destination is Europe and the USA.
